These terms govern your use of AffordableHousingInsights.com, AHInsiders.com, the AHI Workforce Signal, and related content and services operated by Affordable Housing Insights ("AHI," "we," "us"). By using our sites and services, you agree to these terms.

OUR CONTENT AND SERVICES

AHI publishes independent workforce and operations intelligence for the affordable housing sector, including the AHI Workforce Signal, data-derived analysis, directories, and related resources. Core intelligence content is currently provided free of charge. Additional services, including community membership and organizational offerings, may launch in the future under terms described at the time.

INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

Our content is provided for general informational and benchmarking purposes. It is not legal, financial, compensation, employment, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment or qualified counsel. Figures we publish are aggregates and medians derived from publicly available sources such as job postings, reflect advertised rather than actual paid compensation, and describe markets, not any individual organization. Decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.

DATA SOURCES AND ACCURACY

Our intelligence is built from publicly available information, processed through documented methodology that combines automated classification and human review. We work to be accurate and we publish corrections openly: material revisions to published figures are issued as dated correction notes, never silent edits. However, we do not warrant that any figure is error-free or complete, and coverage details and methodology are described in each edition and on our methodology page.

PERMITTED USE AND ATTRIBUTION

You are welcome to read, share, quote, and cite our published content, including in reports, presentations, articles, and AI-assisted research, provided you attribute it to Affordable Housing Insights or the AHI Workforce Signal and, where practical, link to the original edition. What these terms do not permit: bulk reproduction or republication of substantial portions of our content or underlying datasets, systematic scraping or extraction of our data for redistribution or resale, or use of our content to build a competing dataset or benchmark product. If you want data access beyond citation, contact us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AHI name, the AHI Workforce Signal, our named indices, our site content, and our compiled datasets are the property of Affordable Housing Insights. Third-party names and job listings referenced in our content remain the property of their respective owners; external job listings link to their original source and are governed by those platforms' terms.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

If and when community features are available, you agree to participate professionally: no harassment, no unlawful content, no misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation, and no use of member information for unsolicited commercial outreach. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these standards.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our content, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if you have paid us nothing.

GENERAL

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms as our services evolve; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AHI regarding the services.
