Affordable Housing Insights ("AHI," "we," "us") operates AffordableHousingInsights.com and AHInsiders.com, including the AHI Workforce Signal and related intelligence and community offerings. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide directly. When you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address. When you contact us through a form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If community membership or paid offerings launch in the future, account information required for those services will be described at signup.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical information when you visit, which may include IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality and aggregate analytics.
What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. Our workforce intelligence products are built from publicly available data about organizations and job postings, not from personal data about individuals.
We use the information we collect to deliver the emails you signed up for, respond to your inquiries, operate and improve the site, understand aggregate usage, and maintain the security of our services. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
We use reputable third-party providers to operate our services, currently including Webflow (website hosting), Beehiiv (email delivery), and standard analytics tooling, and in the future potentially community and membership platforms. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Links to third-party sites, including job listings hosted on external platforms, are governed by those sites' own policies.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all non-transactional email from us. You may also request removal by contacting us directly.
We retain subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed and contact information for as long as needed to respond and maintain records. We use industry-standard providers and reasonable safeguards, though no internet transmission is entirely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
